Time: 10 Minutes
Organisaion:
-Use same set up as previous.
-Number the players 1-4.
Exercise:
-Possession football as previous but this time the coach calls a number and that player moves into the next grid.
-Each grid then has a 3v1 possession football.
-Team that keeps the ball the longest ins the a point.
-Run this so all players work as defenders 3 to 4 times.

-Using the previous key points but this time under pressure from an opponent.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-Split the pitch in half
-Split players into 4 groups.
-Zone 1: Blue- GK, RB, LB, CB, 2 x MC. Red- CF, 2xW, MC.
-Zone 2: Red- 2xMC, 2xW, CF.Blue- GK, CB, RB, LB, MC.
Exercise:
-Both zones teams play possession football.
-In zone one GK starts with ball and blues aim to keep the ball away from the red team. If the red team win possesion they are allowed to score.
-In Zone 2 red mc starts with ball and they retain ball away from defenders and must work the opening to score.
-Play 8 minute periods and switch players around in both zones.

-Using positional awareness and who is in space also as a link to keeping possession.

Organisation:
-Half of 3G full length.
-2 teams of 9 in a 3-2-3 formation.
Exercise:
-Play 3 10 minutes games.
-Switch players around after 10 minutes.
-Any spare players could use as common players.
