Organisation (brief description of session):

Keep ball. end player if possible plays first time pass straight through to opposite end for 1 goal if he can set first time to supporting player for 3 goals.

Learning Objectives:

Technical:

passing, reciving, movement.

Tactical:

creating space to pass through & third man sunning for support.

Physical:

agility, pace,spins, supporting runs, endurance.

Psych/ Social:

Communication, influence but body language & voice motivate when not in possession. personality will influence self control & restraint.

Coaches Comments:

Teams kept good possession with overload of 5 v 3. team without ball had to motivate & communicate to brake possesion. once end player started to give angles to recive and communicated possesion was kept longer.
