Organization:
Players split into 2 teams.
Each team lined up on opposite sides of the field as shown, 2 players from each team insdie.
1 ball per team, starts with an outside player.
Instructions:
Outside player plays to either of the 2 inside players.
Receiving player turns and looks to play into opposite side (Follows their pass).
The inside player who didn't receive the ball initially, is looking to receive the next pass from the outside.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Base - Quality of pass, Body positioning to receive.
P1 - Movement as the ball travels to speed up play, quality of receiving touch, can you play one-touch?
P2 - Reacting to defender's movements, combining in the middle around the defender?
Progressions:
P1 - Competition - every time the ball goes from side-to-side the team gets a point. Play first to x points or most points in x time.
P2 - Add one defender from each team, if they win the ball and can dribble out earn a point for their team.

2 players from each team in the middle.
1 ball between both teams.
Instructions:
Each team is trying to connect passes from one end to opposite end for a goal.
Teams can also gain points. 5 passes = 1 point, whover has possession at the end of the round = 1 point.
Outside players cannot play to one another.
1-minute rounds.
