4 zones, 2 central zones are bigger to allow for greater freedom of movment. Players are not allowed to move out of assigned area.
2 Wide (white) players are able to travel up and down the side to provide 1-touch support, they cannot transefer the ball from one zone to other.
* Players on the outside areas must possess and attempt to play through line of defenders into central area to gain 1 pt,
* Once the ball travels through, the recieveing group must then do the same in oder to get it back over.
* If opposition (black) intercepts ball, they must now attempt to play through yellow teams lines.
Key Points
1. Quality of passes across the line to allow players to have head up and find seam to play through.
2. timing of pass to break the line effectively
3. Movement patterns and timing of runs by players in middle 3rd to get on the ball (and immediately play within their zone)

Only now, once a player recieves the ball between the lines, he is allowed to turn and attack the goal with his other teammates from that zone. the defenders ON THAT SIDE OF THE FIELD ONLY, are allowed to pressure to win the ball back, the game is then played to a finish.
Key Points
1. Priorities upon recieving a) shot b) combine for shot c) possess and look for opportunity
2. Aggressive attitude to goal, emphasize the need to move quickly to create chance.
3. Re-emphasize technical points from prog 1, given there is less time to turn under pressure.
