Set Up:
Players remain in a cirlce 15 yds in diameter. Half of the group on the outside with balls and hallf on the inside without balls.
Description:
Players on the inside dribble at game intensity until prepared to play to a player on the outside of the grid. Player then passes to a player on the outside. The outside player receives the ball and then plays a 1-2 with the inside player and the 2 switch places.
Coaching Points:
1) Game intensity when in the center
2) Body mechanics - hips open to area playing into; weight forward, etc.
3) Receive the ball back at speed and into open space

Set Up
20 x 20 grid w/ goals at each end. The grid should be divided into three zones using cones.
Organization
2 teams of 4 w/ GKs and 1 neutral assuming 9 players
Instructions
Players can only pass through 1 zone at a time. In other words, the keeper cannot pass from the goal to the attacking third, but must pass either into the defending third or midfield. Keepers always restart play with a distribution.
Progression: Require a certain number of passes before allowing a goal.

Set Up:
Half field area. 4 v 3 inside the area with a GK.
Description:
Blue team attempts to break out of the zone by combining. Once in the attacking third, a second attacker can join to play agains the last defender and GK. Orange team attempts to win the ball and score in counter goals.
Coaching Points:
1) Opposite movement to receive the ball
2) Receive with hips open to the field.
3) Commit/Engage the defender before combining.

Set Up
20 x 20 grid divided in thirds with cones
Divide players into even teams with 1 neutral player.
Put 2 mini goals on the outside on the sides. Neutral player must stay in the neutral zone. In order to score, a pass must be made to the neutral player and from the neutral player succesfully to a player on the same team.
