- Attacking down the different channels, with an emphasis on numerical and disadvantages for both the offence and defence.


- Player A starts with the ball

- The coach shouts 2v1, 3v2 3v2 etc and what channel such as left, middle or right.

- Player A will pass the ball and join in with the attack 

Technical pointers:

- Make sure that when the pass is made that the players not directly involved with the pass or ball, run into a space forward to be a passing/scoring option.

- Defensively, the players should recognise where the play is heading and try to hold it up. If there are multiple players than hold the player up and communicate to create a 2v1.


- You could put a attacking player further up the pitch, to get the players used to opening their bodies on the line to pass the ball down.
