Looking to work on transfering the ball, players are 'safe' when transferring outside the 25, if they carry or recieve the ball in the 25 they are then able to be tackled or engaged by defence.
Looking to work on transitional defensive marking to different channels and if they win the ball carry out of 25 and pass into one of the goals.
Attack are underloaded trying to score a goal, 3 points for a corner and 5 for a goal - Focus on retianing ball in the circle to manufacture a foul.
Players can switch in and out of D to become back 4 or promote to become back 2.
