Target - Progression deal with cross on bigger pitch. throw to begin for younger GK, progress to kicking off the florr older ones.
Description - Striker 1 throw high for GK l - striker 2 throw GK2 at same time, both GK catch at the highest point, switch and look to play target men edge of box under arm throw.
Learning Objectives - Focus on the ball (awarenss of whats around you), correct starts positions, open body, not square, assess flight attack with pac, aggression taking off correct leg, good co ordination and balance on movements. look to go out other way set up play quickly.
