1. GK1 drives ball; GK2 throws ball. Contest to 4 complete.

2. GKs choice: drop-kick or Spanish-style punt. Contest to 4, each 2.

1. Across gate & save volley x 6.

2. Shuffle & back x 6.

3. Shuffle, crossover & back plus dive. Start on visual cue from server's foot. x 6

4. Start at front. Dropstep plus crossover to back disc, then dive to save before ball crosses gate x 6.

1. Play starts with S1 calling out color. GK touches corresponding flat disc, then gets through tall cones and retreats into position for save of shot from S1.

2. GK repositions for serve from S2.
