aerobic & anaerobic (20 mins)

ORGANISATION :- area can be varied dependant on numbers i.e full pitch / half pitch, see diagram.

PRACTICE A :- AEROBIC LEVELS - plrs to jog around are as shown, the intensity should be increased gradually on coaches command, times also on coaches discretion.

DYNAMIC STRETCHING :- injury prevention & agility.

PRACTICE B :- ANAEROBIC LEVELS - plrs now work diagonally and horizontally as shown in diagram, intensity and times at discretion of coach.
