Face to Face (Fake & Take)
Set Up:
Players are split evenly into two teams. Players can either be numbered 1-4 etc or just take it in turn to have a shot. Coach should postion themself in the middle with a supply of footballs.
Action:
On the coaches command a player from each side will come out to play a 1v1. Coach should weight a pass into one player who should recieve and attack the oncoming defender. the attacking player should try to beat the defender then score a goal.
Transition:
If the defender wins the ball they should quickly attack the opposite goal to try and score.

Set Up
Players shold be set up as shown in the diagram. Where possible players should start with a ball each. There should be no more than 3 per group.
Instruction
Players dribble towards the marker (defender) taking plenty of controlling touches. Upon approaching the defender players should perform a 'Fake & Take' move to beat the defender. After 3-4 minutes the same move should be performed using their other foot. Coach dictates what side the ballis taken too.
Coaching Points
Fake to take ball with outside of foot.
Drop shoulder to exagerate move.
Move feet quickly to then push ball with outside of the opposite foot.
Push ball beyond / past the defender.
Get away from defender!
