Organization:
- Field with endzones.
Instructions:
- Three teams of 4 players.
- One team bumpers, 4v4 in the middle.
- Get the ball from one endzone to the other for a point.
- Play for 3 minutes. Rotate players.

Intro - Transition Rondo (15 mins)
Organization:
- Three teams of 3 plus 2 neutrals.
- 3v1 in each end box.
Instructions:
- Red, yellow, green vs blue. Rotate defending team each round.
- 1 minute rounds.
- Goal = connect 3 passes - play though a neutral to get the ball in the opposite box = 1 point.
- Defender gets a point by winning the ball and passing in to the mini goal.
- Ball must stay on the ground.
