How many passes can we get in a row?
RULE 1: if the defender gets a touch on your pass, you become defender
RULE 2: if your pass goes out of the grid, you become the defender
Coaching Points:

Instructions:
Pairs with a ball
ROUND 1: one touch / TASK 1: 1 player dribbles around "homebase" cone
ROUND 2: instep volley / TASK 2: Entire team dribbles around "homebase" cone
ROUND 3: laces volley / TASK 3: Pairs break out to finish on goal, must be first time
ROUND 4: chest to foot volley / TASK 4: After 10 team passes, one player from each pair breaks out to finish; again must be first time
ROUND 5: headers / TASK 5: Collect the Pennie after 5 passes with partner
