Exercise Description:
Shots from different angles with distribution
Coaching Points:
stay on your feet as often as possible
Technical Objectives:
-set your feet
-step forward into the path of the ball
-take hands directly to the ball, eliminate extra movements.
-body behind the ball at all times

2 big goals, 2 puggs, 10 balls.
Progression:
-add a player to follow up on any shots
-shoot from 3 different angles at random to force GK to adjust position quickly
-Distribute after each shot to the logical location based upon where players are blocking

Technical shooting exercise from different angles, followed by immeditate distribution to the opposite 2/3 or 7/11 or #9 with a longer kick.

Exercise Description:
5 shots in rapid succession. Touch a different colored cone and quickly get ready for the shot.
Coaching Points:
-identify correct color and move their quickly while keeping an eye on the ball and shooter
- adjust your body to make sure you are diving forward
Technical Objectives:
- attempt to catch every ball struck at you.
- every shot held to be distributed to the opposite side 2/3 or 7/11.

Rules:
No more than 1 GK in each zone defensively
GK's become field players as soon as they win the ball with their hands. Rebounds are live until defending team gains possession through their hands or by connecting a pass.
Getting set with one partner (10 mins)
Exercise Description:
1 GK Serves, 1 GK works. Striking balls at various heights for GK to focus on getting set and catching technique.
