See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Orgainization:
Area is 44' x 36' (Adjust as needed)
Two teams of 6. Teams must SPOA to create chances to complete passes through a pole gate for 1 point.
# of Intervals: 3
Time / Interval: 5'
Rest / Interval: 1'
Total time: 17'
Coaching Points:
- Spread out to create space to move into and have players on weak side of the field (to have option to switch)
- If ball is played backwards and pressure is on one side, trigger to switch POA
- Supporting movement after the switch to create weak sided overloads to score
- Body shape in order to receive and have the option to SPOA or keep the ball on same side

Organization:
Area is full width by 50'.
6v6 + GK (if avalible). One team attacking, one team defending (for first intervals). Attacking team to score in far goal, if able to SPOA and then score, it is worth 2. Opposition is trying to win back the ball and score in near goal as quickly as possible (can use mini goals and play 7v7 if no GK). Switch roles. Team with the most points at end of two rounds wins.
# of Intervals: 4
Time / Interval: 6'
Rest / Interval: 30''
Total time: 26'
Coaching points:
- Create space to have option to SPOA (outside backs provide the width if possible)
- If pass is played backwards, trigger to SPOA (#6 to provide depth to allow switch)
- Support to weak side player as ball is traveling on SPOA
- Angle of support / body shape to take first touch forward if possible on weak side
- Cues of 1st attacker (either outside or center backs; no penetrating options) to SPOA
- Cues of 2nd attacker (outside backs or center backs) recognizing this and beginning to peel away and then the weak side fullback/center back also recognizing and expanding to create width.
- Response of #6 and 8 to take up supporting roles
Progression:
- End 5v5 or 9v9 for last 20'

4v4+2 (20 mins)
Organization:
Total players: 18 (drop to 3v3 each side if fewer numbers 14)
4v4 in each end. 2 Nuetral players in central channel. Team in possession attempts to make 5 passes and SPOA through a nuetral to opposite end to gain a point. Team with the most points wins.
# of intervals: 4'
Time / interval: 4'
Rest / Interval: 1'
Total time: 19'
Coaching points:
- Body shape and accuracy of passes (attempting to play / receive with back foot)
- Consolidate ball with passes and create an overload to create space for the switch
- Recognize when to SPOA (pressure and lack of space near ball, open space on weak side)
- Speed of play to SPOA quickly
