Set Up:
Same set up as exercise 1 but now the GK must get up and receive a shot/throw from 2nd server on the same side as diving save.
4 x 3 minute high intensity blocks
3 minutes working to the right with 2nd serve being a overarm throw or volley
3 minutes working to the left with 2nd serve being a overarm throw or volley
3 minutes working to the right with 2nd serve being an underarm throw or shot from the ground
3 minutes working to the left with 2nd serve being an underarm throw or shot from the ground
Coaching Points:
Quickly into position to make save
Body in line and behind the ball
Body moving in forward direction
Hands leading to the ball, contact with the ball to made in front of the body
Quickly up to get in line with ball for 2nd shot
Body in set position before 2nd shot (body weight forward, hands in ready position, etc.)

Set Up:
2 teams of goalkeepers. 1 goalkeeper in to defend goal at a time. Goalkeepers change when they conceed a goal. Goalkeepers can shoot/throw from anywhere on their side (add time limit for shot to keep game moving a high intensity level)
1st team to score 5 goals wins.

Exercise 1 (10 mins)
Set Up:
Goalkeeper starts on their kness. They have to get up on to 1 foot (right foot if the ball is to the right and so on) and make a diving save to that side. Next GK then moves into the goal and repeat.
