This is a posssesion drill looking at the principles of switching sides and using the wide men.
5 v 5 in the middle with 2 target players from each team on opposite sides.
Objective of the game is to play from one target player to another.
Progression - Before playing to the Target Player all middle players must cross the halfway line into that half.
Progression 2 - Target Players have 1 touch.

Simple Crossing and Finishing exercise.
2 strikers and 2 defenders.
2 wide players
2 Central Midfielders
Option 1 - Centre Mid to Striker back to opposite Centre Mid the play wide. 2 strikers and 1 centre mid attack the box.
Option 2 - Centre Mid to Striker. Opposite Striker runs in front of the striker with the ball. Ball is laid off and played out wide.
