Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-Same as previous with additional stations at 3 and 4.
Exercise:
-1 and 2 exchange passes.
-1 exchanges passes with 3 with 1 moving forward.
-1 plays final pass to 6.
-1 goes to 3, 3 to 2, 2 to 1.
-6, 5 and 4 perform same routine.
Key Note:
-Players all show at angles and have good movement when getting onto the ball.

Time: 15 Minutes
Set Up:
-Edge of 18 to halfway with four goals in the corners and width of 18 main playing area with outside as channels.
-Split players into 2 even teams with 2 common players (wingers) in channels.
Exercise:
-Play 5 minute spells.
Team in posession and attacks and looks to score in the wide goals or by crossing defensive line.
-Wide channels are only occupied by common players and a defender can only enter the channel if the wide player gains possession of the ball.
-1 point score over line. (If spre goal use),
-2 for wide goal.
-3 via swith of play.
Key Notes:
-Looking at the team to switch play mainly to attack the wide goals.

-Half to 3/4 (Depending on numbers)
-Two even teams.
-Blue 1-2-3-1
-Red: 4-2-1
Exercise:
-Play 10 minute gamne in match formation system for attack and defense.

-4 stations set up opposite ends of the pitch.
-Players split onto the 4 stations with any excess at 1 and 4.
Exercise:
-1 and 2 exchange passes.
-1 plays long pass to 3.
-1 moves to 2, 2 moves to 4.
-3 and 4 exchange passes.
-4 goes to 3, 3 goes to 1.
Key Note:
-Pass from the switch needs to elivated to bypass midfield.
-Place a coach or spre player in the middle to act as an obstruction.
