•Dynamic Movements - 5 Minutes
•Jogging, high knees, plant and hold single leg, side shuffle, crossovers, leg swings
•Bring Heart Rate down to Target Zone of 50%-60%
•Static Stretching - 5 Minutes
•Hamstrings, calves, quadriceps, glutes
Warm-Up
•Dynamic (Activation) - 10 Minutes
•Running: Straight Ahead, Hip Out, Hip In, Circling Partner, Shoulder Contact, Quick Forward and Backwards, Bounding, Plant and Cut, Gradual Increase
•Bring Heart Rate up to Target Zone of 80%-90%
•Technical (Ball Manipulations) - 10 Minutes
•Each Player with a ball
•Various ball manipulations and turns, using all surfaces of the feet
•Additional game like, dynamic movements and stretches •Maintain heart rate at Target Zone of 70%-80%
