Players with a ball each. First player dribbles to first cone and performs a change of direction skill to take them to the second cone where they do the same and thn take their ball to the endline. Player behind them begins as soon as they perform their first c.o.d. Once all players are across to the other side, process is repeated on the way back, except starting towards the left this timest

Defending line with balls plays ball into the attacking line. Attacking line looks to score in 1 of the 2 goals, must shoot the ball before they cross the line. If defending player wins the ball, they can score in the goal of their choosing
