Organization
Set Up as shown in digram. Sets of 3 cones 6 yards apart
Player preform dymanic movements down one side of the cones and jog back on the other side

Objective
To improve players abilty to chance direction and speed
Organization
Set up 3 cones in an L shape or reverse L 8-10 yards apart
Coaching Points
1.Dribble at speed towards cone/defender create space to turn
2.Assess and fell the position of the defender to decide if turning is possible
3.Use body weight to roll defender
4.Execute the technique of turning by turning away from the defender whilst continuing to screen the ball
5.Exploit the space beyond the defender by passing, dribbling or accelerating away from the defender

Player A passes to Player B, Players B bounces the ball back to A and then over laps A. A play to C and C sets the ball off to B for a shot. B collects the ball and goes back to the start. A replaces C and C replaces B.

Objective: Non-Directional Possession
Organization:
4v4 +2. Each team, Pink and Blue have 4 players and are encouraged to use the 2 neutral players at any time to help keep possession. Only the neutral players are free to move into any of the four boxes. All other players' movements are restricted to their 1/4 of the entire area.
Coaching Points:
-Team shape (maintaining width and depth, while maximizing space in transition)
-Movement of the ball into space (exploiting the space away from the opponent)
-Movement of the players into space (timing of runs)
-Recognition of numbers up situation.
Interval Duration: 3x5 minutes; 15 minutes total.
