跳木馬 (20 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

按身材分隊

教練先做馬台, 讓球員跳. 落起後上接應盤球, 傳給進小龍門之後去做傳球者.

AIMS:

提升跳躍能力, 膽量, 盤控傳在有要求下的穩定性.

BEHAVIOURS:

左右腳都要用到, 身體方向, 變速, 學懂失敗


CONDITIONS:

用限時, 提升速度

2v1 盤球 (20 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

2vs1 攻方, Zone A 盤球過Zone B 後射門得分, ZoneA and B 各有一防守把關但不可去另一區域

防守成功搶球後, 傳給教練或給Zone A防守盤球過攻方底線有得分.

AIMS:

提升盤球1V1能力

建立2人關系

提升傳球能力


BEHAVIOURS:

腳面盤球, 抬頭, 球與人的距離, 隊友的距離, 支緩的位置


CONDITIONS:

限腳數, 

進展: 2 V 2 Free play
