3 Serve Warm Up - Footwork over the cones, between balls.
2 Balls each - GK works for 6 balls p/set (2 sets each) (6 sets 5mins)
1) Half Volley
2) Throw for GK to collapse on
3) Throw for GK to collapse on
Re-Set before each serve - Still a warm up

2 Serve Warm Up - 6 balls p/set 3 sets (GK has 2 sets each) (6 sets) (5mins)
GK starts on his knees for the first serve, takes a volley into the chest
- Gets up and moves across the goal to make a save in the other corner
Serve for the 2nd ball isn't played until the working GK gets past the mannequinns, once save is made back up and across to the other side to make another save
Serve;
1 - Volley to the chest
2- Shot to the GK right
3 - Shot to the GK left.

Clipping FB's/Breaking a line - 6 balls p/set 3 working sets each.
Ball starts with me centrally, pass to the GK who will take a positive first touch and then clip the ball to the FB area - Could use mini goals if needed but adds realism and also everyone is working as they are controlling the ball.
Manequinns in so theres some realism to receiving under pressure - like in the warm up touch to the side to set up the clip.
Positioning - Front foot, on toes Technical - Push the ball away with one foot, play the pass with the other Decision - What type of pass is needed? Punch, Clip, Drive?
Coaching Points:
- Distance on the set to play the pass
- Body position when receiving the ball
- Body position when kicking the ball - Forward/Backward?
- Pass choice? Why did you choose that pass

Coming for a cross - Setting up an attack 6 balls p/set 3 sets each GK (Swap sides so one set from each side)
Server will deliver a cross into the box, working GK will find a route to the ball through the mannequins. Take the cross and then throw the ball out to the other side - beginning a counter attack

- Take the ball at the highest point
- Timing on the cross
- Accuracy of the throw

Warm Up Footwork
Passing Warm Up 90 Second Blocks x3 (4 mins)In pairs passing the ball to each other, 2 balls at a time.
Only a warm up so nice and easy, each GK will have a ball for either foot to play an 8 yard pass. 2 balls going at the time time - Get the mind and feet working. Stepping a yard each side to step into the pass.
Progression
- Add a manequinn/pole
- Pass the ball to each other, GK receives on one foot touch across his body and passes back with the other foot. Control with one foot and pass with the other.
