Organization:
30 x 30 yd area or larger
3 yd Pugg goals at 4 sides as shown
2 teams of 5+/- players each
Instructions:
Teams try to score at any goal, but only if the ball goes in on the ground.
When the ball goes out or goal is scored restart play by tossing the ball in.
Coaching Points:
Up tempo pace, fewest touches as possible and shoot or cross as quickly as possible
Tell the players to switch the play encouraging fast breaks, good support and quality finishing on goal.

Instructions:
one team tries to score across and the other up and down
goal keepers are also included to start fast breaks as soon as a save is made or following as score.
Coaching Points:
Key is up tempo play, with shooting and crossing early and focus on finishing.
Rotate the keepers in to the field play and encourage others to learn using keepers as extra players on the field especially starting and keeping a positive attack.

Organization:40×40 yard area with Goal
Instructions:
The coach passes to two attackers who must combine and then pass out wide to the full back. The full back dribbles forward and passes down the line for the wide player to cross into the box, the two attackers must try to score.
In the next stage the attackers pass directly to the wide player who dribbles inside allowing the full back to overlap. The wide player makes a reverse pass for the full back to cross into the box for the two attackers to try to score.
Now add defenders to the practice. The attackers have a choice of whether to pass to the full back or wide player. The full back and wide player must react according to the pass made.
The attackers must time their runs to arrive with the cross and get in front of the defenders to get to the ball.
Coaching Points:
Near and Far post runs, Cross early , vary Near and Far Post.
Progressions/Regressions:
Play a small-sided game where goals are worth double if they come from a cross. To encourage more crosses you can use a wider pitch.

Organization:
20 x 30 yd area with 5 yd end zones on either side of the field
2 teams with 2 players in each area 2v2 in the area with 1 Neutral players in each end zones
Instructions:
Coaches play in the ball to either team
Team try to move the ball quickly up and down the field to either of the end zone players.
Team get one point each time it gets a ball to either end zone player.

Encourage players to look for fast breaks from their end zones with the fewest touches
Ball must be controlled first touch by the end zone players to gain the point
Rotate in the neutral players into the field.
