Speed Coerver (15 min)
Set up: Different coloured cones as shown. Coach calls out 1 coloured cone and players race to said cone and back.
Variations: Progress into two cones called, 2nd colour directly after running thru first.
Progress to dribbling thru w a ball.
Progress to dribbling ball and completing COD MOVE thru cones.Inside/outside cuts and hook.

1-2 Passing & Movement (15 Min)
Player A dribbles to red cones as B takes defender away, A passes to checking in B who returnes the pass to A at the yellow cone and sprints around the orange cone to receive, A plays a through ball and moves to orange station, B passes to C and gets in C line as C dribbles around station back to A.
Coaching Points: Head Up, Checking in Player must sell, run away & return, concentrate on weight of passes

Finishing Activity (15 min)
Players dribble past the first cone, turn to get ball on their shooting foot and finish
Progression: From shooting with the left to shooting with the right ea 3 min
Coaching Points: Hips/shoulders directed to the target, head down over the ball, land on shooting foot
Encourage bending shots, out side of the foot, laces, be creative to pick out your shot

Expanded Small Sided Game (15 min)
4 v 4 w/2 neutral players. Restrictions: 5 passes to 5 different players before team can shoot. 3 min or 2 goals, switch in group.
CP: Offer angles of support. Keep hips & sholders open to the ball to receive. Movement after your pass. Communication.

Running w the ball Endurance (15 mins)
Dribbling/Running with the ball - Warm up - Endurance (15 min)
Set Up: Area set up as above, area can be adjusted depending on age and ability. Players start by running with the ball, then turning around cone and dribbling in and out of cones, as soon as player has turned to start dribbling the next player will start to run with the ball, players to keep heads up and be aware of traffic in the middle
Progressions: Use weaker foot only, cones closer together for dribbling
Coaching Points: Running with ball, Endurance, Dribbling, Ball control, Awareness , Decision making (what to do when meets another player in the middle)
