Organization:
2 Zones of 5X20 yards of area and 1 of 20x3
4 players into each zone
2 goals at the end zones
Instructions:
4v2, Whites play together. And 2 blues defend. If blue win the ball they can finish.
If Whites play a through ball between Blues, they get point.
Play 4 minutes and rotates players.
Coaching Points:
1. Recap of pressure and cover ( Roles and responsabilities of these players).
2. Role of 2nd defender = Cover the 1st defender.
3. Pressure , be able to touch the receiver on his 1st touch and contain him
4. How to force the receiver to keep his head down when closing down.
Progressions:
P1: 3 defenders could go in the attackers zone
P2:Defenders could score in the small goals when they win the ball.

Organization:
1. 2 zones of 12X6 and 1 zone of 4 x 12 yard area.
2. 4 groups of players
Instructions:
1. Blues have to pass the ball each other.
2. Minimum 2 touches per player .
3. After 3 maximum passes, Blues must play a through ball to get a point.
4. Reds need to intercept or kick out the ball to get point.
5. One Red is allowed to close down and pressure in the offensive zone.
6. Rotate the defending team after each 2 minutes.
7. Competition between teams: The team that gains more balls win the game.
Coaching Points:

Instructions:
1. Defending together.
2. If one player is in the offensive zone when the oppenents score, it's 2 points.
3. If there are 2 players of the defensive team in the offensive zone when they scored, the goal counts 3
4. Play for 10 minutes with those rules and let them play free and observe their understanding.
