1) 3 v 3, 目標射門得分
2) 紅色地帶雙方都可以進入, 但不可停留(太耐對方有1分)
3) 無角球, 界外球球員帶球入場開始
4) 球練決定自已發球或球員盤球重新開始比賽
2) 每次3分鐘, 教練發球開始. 球員需要輪換入不同的小組
3) 每個場區約40人.
