Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
This session aims to improve player's shooting ability whilst coach prioritizes essential shooting mechanics.
Mechanics:
1. Get your body in a position to strike
2. Angled approach
3. Non-kicking foot beside the ball
4. Head over the ball

Technical Practice (15 min)
10 players / 2 balls and 15 cones
In this practice, both teams create queue, support players pass the ball to strikers for them to shoot ball on target. once a player kick the ball he becomes support player and pass the ball his teammate, in this way, this cycle goes on. 7 minutes later teams change angles.
Firstly, players can touch the ball 2 times before shooting. Afterwards progressions arise.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
P1: Control in only one touch and shoot.
P2: Shoot directly without control. (whilst coach gives guidance related to body shape)
P3: Weak foot.
R: Making the distance closer
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
bottom or top corners bring extra point
team with the more goal on target wins

Skill Practice (15 mins)
10 player, 5 balls, 15 cones
After a smooth transition, this time, players in the middle are exposed to direct pressure of defenders whilst they try to shoot the ball. strikers pass the ball to the defender, defender gives the ball again and start running towards opponent. In 1v1 situation, strikers should be thinking fastly and correctly whilst area is getting narrower. So, if defender gets the ball they get point.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
P: Put another defender, area alterations, weak foot.
R: Enlarge the area so strikers will have more time.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Team with the highest point wins.

Small Sided Game ( 20 min)
10 players / 8 cones, bibs, ball and 2 goals
30x30 meters square
Players are asked of trying to shoot the ball as much as possible and coach encourages players to hit the ball when they see the goal.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
P: Time restrictions like " you've got 10 seconds to shoot"
R: Less player and smaller area.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Top corner or bottom brings ekstra point.
Goals from a distance or volley mean ekstra point.

- On arrival, players start to play traditional rondo game to keep the ball contact time and enthusiasm high. After 5 minute, considering upcoming shooting practice, they do some stretching movements to prevent possible injuries whilst captain leads them and coach observes them.
Adaptations (Progression / Regression):
P: Another player in the center
R: Expand the rondo area so passing gets easier.

A team that reaches the highest passing number without losing the ball wins.
