2 Team 2 box game (15 mins)
Organization:
- 2 teams set ups as shown
- 2 different boxes.
Instructions:
- a ball is played into one team in their own box.
- Opposing team sends (2) defenders into the opposing team's area in order to attempt to win the ball and bring it back to their own box.
- Teams can only score in their set of two goals after completing a number of passes.
