G1 & G2 start at same time and both following opposite pattern. Train-Group formation.
Alternating Perimeter Laps:
1 x perimeter lap without Ball (Dynamic Movement)
1 x perimeter lap with Ball (close control)
Progression 1: Partner Up (P1 back pedal, P2 forwards). Perimeter Lap with Ball. P2 back pedals and P1 plays short pass to P2 who stops Ball. Rotate after 1 x perimeter lap.
