Each pattern should be practiced going both directions (using the opposit foot for the same touch). Every pattern is done for 120 seconds per direction.

Patterns:
A] 1 = Roll, 2 = Pull, 3 = Roll, 4 = Push
B] 1 = Roll, 2 = Pull, 3 = Inside foot touch, 4 = Push (foot does not touch the ground between 2 & 3)
C] 1 = Roll, 2 = L-Move (Push up past cone after L-move if needed)
D] 1 = Roll, 2 = 2 footed outside foot V-move
E] 1 = Roll, 2 = 1 footed outside foot V-move

Every player has a ball and will perform the skills listed below by themselves. Every skill is executed for 45 seconds. After the skill has been performed there is a 15 second break. Go through the entire list 2 times!

1) Toe Taps on the spot
2) Boxing touches on the spot
3) 10 Toe Taps Forward, 10 Toe Taps Backwards
4) 10 Boxing touches forward, 10 Boxing Touches Backwards
5) Inside foot rolls
6) Outside foot rolls
7) 4 Boxing Touches, Inside foot roll
8) 4 Boxing Touches, Outside foot roll
9) L-moves
10) 4 Boxing Touches, L-move

The players always play 2 games. The first game as attacker, the second game as defender. As soon as the ball goes out of bounds the first player in line of the other team can start to attack. The former attacker has to make a quick transition to play defense.

Dribble Lanes (15 mins)
In this drill the players will work on dribbling the ball. The player with the ball dribbles the ball to the other side of the lane, when he gets there, the player turns around and dribbles back. Once the player has finished the way back, the second player goes.
