Groups of 3 with one ball per group
Instructions:
- Players inside the area look to receive a ball from a teammate.
- Before receiving the ball, player must make eye contact and communicate with their passing player, take their first touch away from pressure to dribble out/around a cone on the outside and come back into the area.
- Player on ball must now look to find 3rd teammate.
- Passers must look to disguise pass and use all parts of the foot (outside, inside, laces, etc.).
- How creative can you be with runs (overlaps, give/go, etc.) and passes (no look, driven, etc.)?
Coaching Points:
- Head up to make eye contact with receiver
- Shape of body to get/disguise pass
- Select proper surface to receive the ball (inside)
- Run of 3rd player to provide angle of support

Instructions:
- Players pass the ball around the triangles, looking to receive with their back foot and open up
Coaching Points:

6 players(2 attackers,2 defenders,2 targets)
Set up multiple fields as needed
Instructions:
- Teams score by scoring into either of the goals.
- Once goal is scored, team tries to work the ball back to the other goal ("make it/take it").
- The target players must stay wide, have 3 touch maximum to play back to team that played them the ball.
- If the ball leaves the area then the targets start the game with a kick in to opposite team.
- Play for 2 minutes the switch target players.

- 3rd man runner

2 Equal teams
Instructions:
- As eye contact is made, Attacker (A1) checks to receive the pass.
- As soon as A1 checks to the ball, Defender (D1) can come out to immediately defend.
- Once Attacker (A2) plays pass, they come out to join the play.
- As soon as A1 takes their first touch to receive Defender (D2) comes out to make it a 2v2 game.
- Attackers try to score on the two goals on the A1 & D1 side of the field, Defenders try to score on the A2 & D2 side of the field.
- Attackers will switch from A1 to A2 lines, Defenders will switch from D1 to D2 lines.
- Play for certain length of time, switch as a group from Attacker to Denfender after the time period.
- Restrictions: To start...do not allow A1 to play ball back to A2; A1 must receive with proper technique.

- Select controlling surface
- Determine direction and space to attack
- Disguise to deceive defender
- Combination play to get around defenders

- Get in line with and have body behind the ball
- Attack the ball
- Get low and feet set (runner's stance)
- Hands under the ball (wrists together)
- Secure the ball to body
- Keep momentum going forward
Progressions:
Juggling Warm-Up (15 mins)

15x30 yard grid, each Player with a ball.
Instructions:
- Players juggle in a specific pattern.
Coaching Points:
- Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
- Focus and concentration on juggling pattern.
