Set up
20m x 15 grid with coach in the middle
Organization
Team 1 dribble out towards coach and once then get close to coach make a pass to their teammate.
Once past the coach play a pass to Team 2 and it continues back and forth. This will be unappossed to get the idea of when to pass.

Procedure
Coach plays the pass to Team One, thata team becomes the attacking team (2v1)
One player from team 2 comes out to defend.

Attack the defender then make your decision (Suck in the defender)

Players placed onto a field 35m x20m into teams of 3v3 or 4v4
Procedure
If the ball goes out of the field players can make the decision to either pass or dribble in, Once the ball has been saved or gone out for a goal kick, the defensive team must retreat to the halfway line, Allow the players to play

Warm Up
The One Bounce Juggling Challenge
Players start the juggle with 1 bounce, then take 1 touch, then lets the ball bounce again then takes 2 touches, then lets the ball bounce once again, then takes 3 touches. If the player messes up the sequence, then they start again at 1.
