Small sided (25 mins)

Small Sided Acitivity (25min)

Three teams in grid divided in 3rds. Teams must provide support, when is posession the team must connect 5 passes then play an entry ball into the opposite 3rd. If that specific team looses the ball, they must transition into defending high with 2 players, plus another two players in the middle 3rd trying to intercept pass.

Cp's-communicate, constantly create and find space to provide support, high press from forwards, sharp passing and receiving, make smart decisions on and off the ball.
