Organization:
- 3 groups of 4 and/or 5.
Instructions:
1) Receive with back foot.
- can start off just receiving with back foot and then playing to opposite line and following pass.
- Player who passed it in goes into the middle to receive from opposite line.
Progression:
Turning - 2 Balls going.
1) Check into square, turn, check to passer, receive pass, turn and dribble to opposite line
2) OUTSIDE OF FOOT TURN: Check into square, cut and explode out toward corner, receive pass with hips open and ball across your body to turn around outside of cone and dribble to opposite line
Coaching Points:
1) What is our body posture suppose to be?
(bent knees, arms out for balance, on the balls of our feet)
2) How do you know you can turn? Quick shoulder check, when?
3) How can we separate from defender? (Check away and check to)

Organization:
- 3 lines
- This is duel with your back to goal.
Instructions:
- The Receiving player touches the post, when ready check to the ball on an angle
- When she leaves serving player plays it into path of her run
- Defender from other post comes to defend
- 2v1 - Player who passed it can join the attack.
Progression:
- Every pass you play the another defender (and attacker) enter the game.
Coaching Points:
- Play quickly: If you keep passing in the attacking 3rd more time for more defenders to come.
- Turn to the Inside: finihsing angle is better if you go inside.

- 2 large goals

- Goalkeeper in each goal
Instructions:
**FACE PACED**
* Standard 2v2 flying changes.
- First team to 10 wins
- Team who scores stays on
- Team scored on goes back to lines
- New players immediately enter with ball
Coaching points:
Speed of play:
- Are you attacking space on your dribble?
- Is the striker holding up the ball well?
- Is she finding the seams to get open?
- Is the offensive players even looking up to find the seams?
- Is there a change of pace once ball is played into attacker?
Progression:
- 3v3 flying changes
- First to 10 wins.

Organization:
- 6v4 + GK
- Defending large goal: RD, CD, LD, CM, RM, LM
- Attacking large goal: LF, RF, CM1, CM2
Instructions:
- Coach will give ball to the 6 players.
- The defensive players score by dribbling across one of the two cone goals.
- The defensive players will have to get compact ASAP to win the ball.
Coaching Points:
- Offensive players need to react quickly by becoming compact to win it and then spread out ASAP to create width and make it hard for the opposition to win it back again.
- Make sure when we get the ball wide and look to get in behind to cross it, players need to be making purposeful runs inside the box. How can team going to big goal exploit the space?
Progression:
- 7+GK v 7
