1v1 4 Goals (30 mins)
Organisation - Each attacker begins with a ball in the center & 4 defenders defend the goals.
Attackers have 2 minutes to score as many goals as possible, defenders must defend as many goals as possible. Competition for all players.
Players can go 2v1 at defenders.
Defenders cant go in the area infront of goals.

SSG - 3v3 into 1v1 (30 mins)
Organisation - 3v3 or 2v2 in middle depending on numbers. 40x20 pitch. 2 players from each team must stay in the zones nearest the goals they are defending.
Players in the middle third must combine to free a TM to attack one of the end zones to try and score. Defenders can be used to retain possession. Players to be rotated every 2-3 minutes.
