Fast Footwork
Players spread out in an area and are working through different fast footwork exercises. 15-20 minutes. High energy from the coaching to keep players engaged (try to make it a competition at times)

Pendulum touches

1. movement of the bal. Can players in the middle check at an angle and not always square with the ball.
2. Outside players move side to side after passing the ball to encourage players in the middle to look up and find teammate before executing the pass.

5v2 Rondos
Players are on the outside and try to keep the ball from two defenders in the middle. When the defenders win the ball, the attacker who lost the ball becomes the new defender, and the defender who was in longest goes on the outside.
Coaching points:
-Use proper receiving/ passing technique
-Receive with back foot when possible (so that you can go in either direction with the next pass)
-Movement on the outsides to create a better passing angle
