Exercise
1 player is the 'receiver' 1 player is the passer....
The ball is to be played either side of the point, where the 'receiver' plays the ball back.... they then move across to the other side of the point.
Players will rotate roles after 60 seconds.

Both players are now to move simutaneously.
Once a pass is played the player must move to the spare side of the triangle.
