Instructions: 3 players in the middle section look for opportunities play the striker in on goal - the striker has to create space to recieve the ball and get a shot away. Soccer rules apply

Set Up: 30y x 20y field, four teams of 3 field players supply of balls, 2 5x20 end zones, cones
Instructions: 3v3 2 teams at a time in the middle section rotating in. look for opportunities to create space to pass the ball into the end zone to score a point.

Instructions: Play a 6 aside soccer game using soccer rules.

Warm up - 10-15 mins
Set up : 12yx24y divided into 2 sections. 2 teams, 6 players, 2 balls
Instructions: Players divided into 2 teams and are numbered 1-6 on each colour. Players must pass in sequence 1-6 while staying inside their own area marked by cones. Players must pass and then move and complete a dynamic move. then look for space and a channel to receive the ball on their next turn.
Key Factors Warm up: 1) constant movement to warm up 2) check in mentally and physically for session 3) dynamic movements through full range of motion 4) increase speed and intensity
Key Factors passing: 1) accuracy 2) eye on ball 3) timing 4) weight of pass 5) part of foot
Progression 1: Players now pass and then move one by one into opposite section, now then is increased traffic to navigate coming the opposite direction. once the sequence is complete and all players have moved staring position they start again and move back one by one - repeat
