ORGANISATION:

- 2 Teams evenly split (no neutral players).

- Normal game.

SESSION NARRATIVE:

- One condition on the game; whoever give possession away (pass, shot, dribble or dispossessed) must run around a designated object outside the pitch (side or behind oppositions goal).

- Whilst the player is off the pitch the other team need to take advantage of the overload

COACHING POINTS:

- Look after possession

- First thought forward? (take advantage of the overload)

- Commitment to regain possession to create overloads (forcing an opponent to run round the designated object).
