Passing: Front foot
Pass to the front foot
Player recieving the bal makes directional touch thru cone with front foot.
Passes with correct foot NOT dominate foot.
Reverse direction.
PROGRESSION
Have recieving player start on otherside of cone and check to the pass. Then front foot directional touch.
Can setup as 4 players depending on number of players

2v1: clear the zone
Basic 2v1.
The player recieving the ball decides whether to pass or dribble into the next zone beating the defender.
FOCUS: the person with the ball must decide based on the defender if he is on the high or low side.
To win they MUST dribble into the next zone.
If defender wins the ball he can win by going out of the ends.
PROGRESSION
Same game BUT the ball now must be passed into the zone.
Overlapping runs, thru balls, 1-2 are encouraged here.
MAKE SURE ATTACKERS DO NOT FORCE IT

2v1v1: Clearing both zones
Game starts off the same.
Attackers try to beat the defnder in a 2v1.
They must dribble into the next zone.
Once in the next zone defneder 2 is active and another 2v1 starts.
The attackers must dribble thru the endline.
PROGRESSION
Same game but the attackers must pass to the next zone.
Once in the 2nd zone defender 2 is activated.
Attackers must pass out of the second zone.

Keep Away
2 nuetral players to make off-balance numbers.
Encourage supporting by good 3rd person
1 point for every 7 passes completed.
Game goes for 6 minutes then change the nuetrals
