in front of each cone-gate players execute indian dribble (6 touches left right), then they accelerate to next gate around single cone (forehand/backhand)

defender A plays B who passes straight ball @ the line. midfielder C has made a run inside (joined by defender D) to create space for attacker E (who has made an inside-out lead before)

E receives and has two options (B back or E inside), A and D defend 3v2

midfielder plays long ball to one of the attacking pairs, defenders stick to their player. If ball has been won by defenders, they can play a 2v1 @ the outside goals.

A plays B who (joined by defender) turns to the outside, A crosses behind to backline to give extra passing option in 2v1.
