ORGANISATION :-
Area dimensions as previos practice.

PRACTICE :-
Plr starting at point "b" runs to plr at point "c" touches the ball steps back recieves pass from him then returns pass and turns to run to the plr at point "a" where the practice is a mirror image. (after recieving return pass plr at point "c" turns and sprints to red cone and returns ready for incoming plr at point "c").

PRACTICE :-
One plr starts from point "a" running with the ball to point "c" where he passes to awaiting plr at point "c" (after completing the pass he takes up the position at point "c") who on recieving pass he then runs with the ball to awaiting plr back at point "a".

ORGANISATION :-
Number of "channels" dependant on numbers also area sizes dependant on age group and ability (see diagram).
PRACTICE :-
Two plrs start at point "a" one running with the ball up to plr at point "c" passing into him then running around him, plr at point "c" then lays off the ball into the running plr's path so he can pick up the ball and return to point "a" (after laying off his pass plr at point "c" sprints to the red cone behind him and returns to point "c" to recieve pass and lay off ball to incoming plr) where he passes into waiting team mate who then repeats practice, remember to rotate plrs at point "c".
