Orange plays to yellow creating a 2v1 to small goals
Variation- long passes can be in the air, restrict attackers to 3 individual touches,
Cp's- Sharp passing,receiving and moving on/off ball, communicate, use combination play to get passed defenfer, keep the speed of play at high intensity

Expanded small sided (15min)

Big goal to small goals
GK plays to a defender who plays an entry ball to create a 3v2. Defenders can score on small goals if they regain posession of the ball. Attackers only have 3 individual touches
Cp's- Shoot from various angles when space is given, communicate, constant movement off ball to create options and provide support.
