Organization:
-Splitting area up intwo two grids 15 x 30, 1 yard satfy gap in between. all balls in between the two fields at server area for quick restart.
Instructions:
- Game starts with one team as the attackers other team defenders. The team with ball will play with 2 players, the defending team will play with 1 creating 2v1s. Play for 2 minutes then switch. If attackers get a goal they get 1 point if defenders win the ball past half way line and score they get 5 points.Once the players on the field are done the next 3 go right away. Quick transition
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Encourage Players to come up with different passing combos. see what creative ways they come up with to move ball.
-Roles, what is the first attacker doing, what is the supporting player doing
-Why do we overlap, to create a 2v1 numbers up situation
-What, second attacker running around 1st attacker
-How by creating space in behind by first attacker
Regressions/Progressions:
P- Remove middle line
P- 2v2

Organization:
-15x30 two fields
Instructions:
-Players will number themselves from 1 to 5, On go team will begin passing numerically. Once a team gets to 5 they can send over one player(Defender) to try and steal the other teams ball. If the Defender wins the ball and successfully plays the ball back to his team they win 1 point. Coach should have all extra balls at his/her feet to be able to play in quick restarts. Each time a team scores they win a player from other team, once a team has only one player left the other team wins
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Encourage different passing combinations
-Finding moments to expose space behind players
-Roles, what is the first attacker doing, what is the supporting player doing
-Why do we overlap, to create a 2v1 numbers up situation
-What, second attacker running around 1st attacker
-How by creating space in behind by first attacker
Regressions/Progressions:
P- Add counter goals

Organization:
-Split field into two each half is 15 x 15
Instructions:
-Split into 2 teams 3v3 in one box. after x amount of passes players can then swith into other half. One player must run into half and recieve ball to score point. Game continues, onc defending team wins ball they try and get x amount of passes.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-What can we do to move the ball around? Pass, think of wall passes overlaps and give and goes to move the ball around.
-When do we look to make overlaping run, when space was created in behind by player with ball.
-Encourage Players to come up with different passing combos. see what creative ways they come up with to move ball.

Organization:
20x 30 middle area with 5 yard channels on the outside
Instructions:
4v4 one player from ech team will go outside channel and stay for x amount of time. These players are nuetral. On go game will start with regular rules however to score one bumber/nuetral player must touch the ball. Players can only run into channel if they passed the ball to nuetral. If a overlap, give and go or wall pass is completed with nuetral player and then a goal is then scored, goal is worht extra points
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Can we look to encourage players to be creative. Let them figure out how to solve problem
-Why do we perform an Overlap? to create 2v1 oppertunities in areas of the field.
-What do we do? 2nd attacker runs around fisrst attacker
-How do we create the space for the second attacker? creating space in behind us to give the 2nd attacker space to make run.
Regressions/Progressions:
P- Defending team can send one player into channel to defend

Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
-Set up in 30 x 30 area or in space needed for skill
Instructions:
-Depending on Numbers lets look to split into three teams with at least 3players per team. Players will then run around performing different passing combinations. Encourage players/teams to perform different passing techniques with incentives.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Encourage players to perform different passing combination plays. What ideas can they come up with i.e. Give and goes, wall passes, overlaps
- Why are we passing the ball back, because runner made a supporting run into space
Regressions/Progressions:
P- add defenders or counter goals
