3v2 Attacking overload (20 mins).
Field set up:
28 steps wide.
30 steps long.
2 teams, split according to video.1) The coach plays the ball to one of the blue attackers, the yellow players come out to defend.
2) The blue players try to combine quickly and score in the mini goal.
3) If the yellow defenders win the ball, they have 10-15 seconds to score by dribbling through either of the red gates with control.
4) Once a player has scored or the ball goes out, both teams return to their starting positions.
Switch the attacking team after 5 minutes.

4v4 Game. Two teams on, one team off/resting (20 mins).
Feild set up:
24 steps wide.
36 steps long.
3 different colour teams, split according to video.
Three minute games.
1) Balls will always start from the goal (when the ball goes out).
2) When a team scores, the player who scored the goal (yellow in video) must run around the goal before returning to play.
3) As the yellow player runs around the goal, the blue team must quickly get a ball from their goal and try and score down the other end.
This promotes attacking Overload situations.

2v1 Attacking overload - back to goal receiving (20 mins).
Field set up:
22 steps wide.
30 steps long.
2 teams, split according to video.
1) One yellow attacking player positions themselves in the attacking third as their starting position (back to goal receiving).
2) One blue defender positions themself goal-side (behind) the attacker for their starting position.
3) The coach plays the ball to the yellow attacker, at the same time the second yellow attacker enters the field.
4) The attacker must hold the ball up, and make at least one pass before scoring.
5) If the blue defender wins the ball they have 5 seconds to score.
Switch the attacking team after 5 minutes.
