1v1 Turning to shoot.
Organization: 15x20m grids with goal and keeper in each.
Instructions: 1V1's using turning. Attacker starts with ball, on
attacker's first touch partner defends the net to try and prevent turn and shot. Attacker can dribble out and use turns to turn back and shoot at goal, or dribble out and shoot
straight away. Players rotate defenders and attackers and from field-field. Defenders can score points if win ball by dribbling through gate.

Take shot once defender is beat.
Progressions:
Add a server to play the ball in to the attacker from the opposite end so they have to receive the ball in front of the defender and turn to get a shot.

Equipment - 3 pug nets, 1 ball. supply of balls outside
Setup - 30x30 with 3 pug nets set up in a triangle facing in. 4 players in different colors inside play area for each team with 2 others outside
Activity:
Each team is assigned a pug net to defend against the other two teams and tries to score on the other pug nets.
Team players on the outside can be used for combination play but are limited to 2 touches and cannot enter the field of play itself. Switch inside and outside players regularly.

-16 players (4 groups of 4) set up as shown
-8 cones
Instructions:
-Players one at the time dribble to the center cone and must do a turn the coach specifies
outside, inside, cruyf, pullback, stepover etc...
after practicing -each of those turn, team compete against each
other, each players going 3 times.

Players dribble in space with their head up, execute turns i.e. pull back, inside cut, outside cut, cruyff, stepover.
Coach can try to steal balls to keep players engaged and focussed or call out specific turns for players to execute
