Set Up:
-Two team
-Two neutrals

Description:
Blue start with a ball attack using the outside players to create a 4v2 situation, if the defending team wins the ball they can now attack in a 4v2 situation. When the ball leaves the field for any reason 2 new players come from each end, whatever team loses the ball out of bounds the other team starts with the ball.
Coaching Points:
1. open body with first touch
2. movement off ball
3. communication
4. weight and accurate passes
5. composure on the ball
6. when to take touch and hold the ball and when to pass
Progression: If a group of 2 score they stay on and the opposite side starts the attack.
Or ball ust go to one or both outside players before you can score.

Coach plays to gk or defender, build out of back to counter goals. If reds win the ball they can score in big goal. Movement shown is proper shape when ball is at an outside defnders feet. This is a pattern that they should start to learn.
Add defenders and attackers according to success level.

Progression 2 20minutes: Play out from the back through central areas.
Coaching points:
- No 6 to get on the ball and receive the ball, open body shape receiving on back foot.
- 2,3 to join in attacking play offering width
- 8 and 10 to split opening direct passing options in to No 9.
- 8 and 10 to join attacking front 3

keep (4reds and 4blues off to the sides)
30yd x 20yd square with an 8yd x 8yd square inside it; 9 players.
How Pattern works: Pass IN to furthest inside player & follow your pass
Lay off inside center square & follow your pass
Pass OUT to furthest outside player & follow your pass
