Pass & Replace (10 mins)

ORGANIZATION:

Players: 8 per circle

Activity:

Outside player plays ball to the middle player and follows his pass to becoime new middle player. The middle player 1 touch passes ball to any outside player then takes that position

CP's:

Weight of pass; Eye contact with receiver of pass

4 Square Passing (10 mins)

ORGANIZATION:

Cones:9 per grid (3 Grids)

Players: 18

Pinnies: none

Activity:

1 touch passing pattern. Middle player pops out wide after the 2nd pass to make a triangle. Players stay in position just return to start. Rotate players every 3 minutes.

CP's: Properly weight 1 touch pass; Play to proper foot of receving player; field vision; Timing between groups

3 Team Keep Away (20 mins)

ORGANIZATION:

Cones: Enough to create two boundries on the 18 extended to Midfield

Players: 18

Pinnies: 12 (6 Yellow, 6 Orange)

Activity: 3 Team Keep Away

In the space between the Penalty Box and midfield, the width of the Penalty Box.

Two teams will partner to keep possesion vs. the third team. The defending team will defend for 3 minutes. In that time when the defending team gains possesion they count the number of passess they can string together, each time they gain possesion they add to their total.

After all three teams take a turn defending losers do fitness.
