Play attacking overload. throw ball into a player to start
attackers have to;
1 score 2 points
2 win short corner 1 point
3 identify if there is space for a shot/deflection or if the space is behind the defence for a quick pass.
play 3-5 mins throw ball into different start point so defence cant set.
boxing out of defender
play 5m rule or not
defenders have to carry through one of 2 gates 2 points
forwards to jump back and win ball
if forward is tackled they run to the half and back.

overload game.

attacking team can also use a bounce pass in central midfield. no players can go in that box but jokers can swap with each other.
you can only score if you have transfered the ball across the centre line after gaining posession.
score 2 points if you use a bounce pass as well
